Charities
At the Advent Service various Charities were invited to receive cheques from our fundraising.

A total of £8,000 was distributed that day including the Sick and Retired Priest’s Fund, Little Sister’s of the Poor, SCIAF, SPUC, The Butterfly Project at Ardgowan Hospice, St Margaret’s Adoption Society.

Recently, Mrs. Couttie have had a number of letters thanking us for our donations.

Further donations were made recently to Rosie’s Rascals, Inverclyde Foodbank ( raised by Caritas pupils at the Christmas Fayre) and also to Mollie’s Fund to support a pupil at Clydeview battling Bone Cancer in a very admirable way ( see Greenock Telegraph Online). Food and gifts were also collected for the Foodbank.

Thinking back to Sarah Pugh having her hair cut off in the Assembly Hall, this is an example of our pupils at their best. One of the letters also noted that our School Choir are amazing!

Thank you to everyone who has contributed!
