P5 created get well soon and welcome home cards for Compassionate Inverclyde to include in their welcome home boxes. The boxes are provided to Inverclyde residents returning from hospital to an empty home.
Teabags, coffee, long life milk, packets of soup, biscuits and tinned meats are all included in the box. Also included is a get well card from local school children and a blanket knitted by individuals and groups.
