Homework will go home as follows –

Phonics – Home on Monday to be back on Tuesday

Maths – Home on Tuesday to be back on Wednesday.

By the end of this week all the children will have reading homework each night.

From next week spelling will also be sent home along with instructions on how this should be completed.

Please let me know if there are any problems.

Welcome to Primary 2!

I hope you all had a fantastic holiday. It is great to be back and I am really looking forward to working with Primary 2 this year.

This week will be spent getting to know the children and revising maths and phonic sounds from last session.

Reading will start on Monday and will be introduced to a group at a time.

PE days this session will be Monday and Friday. Please could you ensure your child has a pair of indoor shoes for the hall.
