Reading plays an important role in the development of children’s literacy and vocabulary skills. At Wellshot Primary, we strive to ensure that all children meet their potential. To support your child’s development we would like to encourage you to read to or with your child. It may be a newspaper or magazine article or a storybook. Reading is not expensive as you can take your child along to the local library where they can borrow books to expand their reading skills and knowledge.
