Enrolment
Registration of Primary 1 children takes place in November and January and is advertised widely in the local press. Also, please look out for our own school literature in your child’s nursery or playgroup. Prospective parents and carers are welcome to visit the school. This can be arranged by contacting the school office.
Families living out-with the catchment area are welcome to make a placing request to attend Wellshot Primary School but must enrol their child at their local school as a first step. If your child is new to the country and has not been in Scottish education before you must come to the school office to complete a ‘Foreign Enrolment Application’.

*You will need your child’s birth certificate and 2 proofs of address i.e. a utility bill with your name and address on it when you come to enrol your child.
