Namaste!

Our school as been very lucky enough to have Tracy our new yoga teacher come in and use her experience to help us with our mediation, relaxation and yoga poses. All our Classes are getting involved with P6 showing us how it’s done below!!

We have all been learning new breathing techniques and exercises to help focus our minds and to help us relax with Tracy, trying to control our breathing and channel our energy. We have also learned some great yoga poses so far we know Warrior 1, 2 and 3! As well as Dog, Sphinx, Child Pose and Tree.

This has been a great addition to our school time table and the extra practice during school and at home will help us all achieve a healthier lifestyle and also help with relaxation in our own time. Thank you Tracy!!!

Their favourite events were the Discus and the High Jump, where even Duncan had a go!!!!
