We have organised 4 fully funded ski lessons at Bearsden Ski Centre, for 10 lucky pupils. There is no expense to the pupils or families for these lessons. This club is intended for complete beginners. It is important that pupils can attend ALL dates. These lessons will take place on :-

Lesson 1                Wednesday 1st May

Lesson 2                Wednesday 8th May

Lesson 3                Wednesday 15th May

Lesson 4                Wednesday 22nd May

Pupils must be able to commit to all 4 lessons.

Pupils will be expected to change into their Skiing clothing in PE changing rooms after school and then be bussed to Bearsden dry slope.

Lessons start at 16.30 and finish at 17.30. We would then hope to be back at the school for 18.00. Lessons will only be cancelled in extreme weather circumstances.

As previously mentioned, the lessons are aimed at complete beginners and the cost of this club has been covered and there is no cost to families although pupils would need to wear appropriate ski clothing and be dressed for the weather as lessons will take place outside.

• Waterproof Jacket
• Tracksuit / Joggy Bottoms or water proof trousers (no jeans)
• Layers to stay warm
• Thick and high socks

All Ski’s, bindings, helmets, boots and poles will be provided by the ski centre.
