The total cost of the trip is £1000 and final payment will need to be made 7 weeks before the excursion date. We ask that all funds be paid by Thursday 24th October. If you withdraw from the trip, deposits can only be refunded if someone from our reserve list takes the space.  

Payments for the trip should be made exclusively through ParentPay. Families are welcome to pay in multiple instalments, provided they meet the designated milestones: 

• £100 deposit to be paid by Thursday 14th March
• £300 total to be paid by Thursday 26th April 
• £600 to be paid by Thursday 20th June 
• £800 to be paid by Thursday 29th August 
• £1000 to be paid by Thursday 3rd October
