Busy busy bees…

The class has not stopped this week! We have been learning about symmetry in maths:

Continuing on our topic work, we have learned about the different body parts of a bee. We have even investigated what turned out to be a wasp’s nest (don’t worry, we were very safe!)!

As it is Digital Learning Week we took part in a quiz using the tablets with Primary 1. Miss O’Keeffe was winning for a while because everyone was shouting out the answers but everyone learned to keep it a secret soon so she did not win:

We were also lucky enough to watch an Author’s Live event with Ross Collins, who wrote ‘There’s a Bear on my Chair’. He showed us how to draw the bear from the story and our pictures are amazing!

We are finishing off our busy week in style – keep an eye out to find out how!
