This week we have been working very hard! Have a look at some of our work… Making Maths Count. We timed ourselves doing star jumps, sit ups and sprints and then turned our results into a graph. We examined number patters and completed subitizing pictures! We loved pretending to put our body through an X-ray machine… can you see our bones?
Our class topic this term is … Them Bones, Them Bones. We will be learning all about the importance of our skeleton and how it helps to support and protect our body. Can you name any of the bones which make up our skeleton?

Today the STARS Team and JRSO’s led a workshop all about the Green Cross Code and how to cross the road safely. They discussed the 6 steps of the Green Cross Code: THINK – is this a safe place to cross? STOP – at the pavement near the kerb. LOOK/LISTEN – for traffic all around. Look left and right! Last week we went on a virtual reality expedition to the Amazon Rainforest. We travelled through the forest, exploring the landscape and rivers. We were stunned to see so many amazing creatures and plants!! 🌳🌾🌺🕸🕷🐛🐜🐍🐢🐘🐊🐡🐟🐞🌳
