Parent Council

The Parent Forum of St Ninian’s RC Primary school consists of all parents/carers of children at the school. The Parent Council carry out duties such as:

  1.  Facilitate inclusion for all in the Parent Forum.
  2.  Promote partnership between the school, its pupils, the Parent   Forum and the Catholic Church.
  3. Through partnership, support all pupils to develop their full potential leading to their lifelong activities being guided by the Holy Spirit in the presence of Christ in the service of God and others.
  4.  Develop and engage in activities which support the school and the education and welfare of the pupils.
  5.  Identify and represent the views the Parent Forum regarding the education provided by the school and all matters affecting the and welfare of the pupils.
  6.  Fund raise sufficiently to support projects.

The following people are the members of our Parent Council at the present time:

  • Mary Duncan (Church Representative)

This year our Parent Council very kindly donated selection boxes for all of our primary and nursery children. It was a welcome treat for everyone, thank you!

We will inform you of the next AGM meeting as soon as possible. Due to the current situation this will be taking place via Microsoft Teams this year. Our parent council are looking for new members to join, if you are interested and would like to attend the meeting please contact the school office on 01592 583460.
