Well, we’ve had a very sporty week in P3/4 this week! We have had a mini football tournament, a Commonwealth Games taster, a staff vs house captains netball game, Target Zone, Football Drive, a Go Yoshi tournament and of course our races this morning! Wow! Everyone has done so well and it has been lots of fun! We have collecting so many house points for our house.
We have been learning about the Men’s Football World Cup and which teams are playing. We have done a sweep stake, with everyone having 2 countries including Miss Amy, Mrs Skilling and Miss Allan. We coloured the flag of our country and found out a few facts about it like the population, its capital and what continent it is in. We are excited to see how Scotland get on this week!
We have also written a letter to Fife Council to ask for the day off on Monday. We used lots of persuasive language when giving our arguments why we feel we should have the day off. We feel we have been very unfairly treated!!
In Health and Wellbeing, P3 learnt about disabilities that other children may have and how we can be supportive and kind. P4 learnt about what to do if someone is choking.
