I would like to wish everyone a warm welcome to Mountfleurie Primary School and Nursery. 

Mountfleurie Primary School is situated in the Castlefleurie area of Leven and is one of three primary schools serving the town. The school was opened in 1957, and the present Infant Department was added in 1974 where the children are taught in one large open-plan area. All their accommodation is on the ground floor, while the classrooms for P2/3 -P7 are upstairs.

We have 11 classes at present. Each class has their own page on the website. We have an active Twitter account and you can see lots of learning taking place at Mountfleurie Primary School by viewing our page on Twitter @MountfleuriePS. Our Nursery has an active Facebook account, which is run by the school, where you can get the most up to date information on news and events. 

The school has a large assembly hall with a stage as well as a smaller gymnasium. Other facilities and rooms include: The Nurture room, Learning Support, a library, a teachers’ resources room, the sensory room and a parents/family room. We also have a dedicated first aid room.
