Learning is important for our mental health. Working on a goal can help you to feel more confident, happier and reduce anxiety. The human brain is most happy when working towards a goal and makes us feel better about ourselves. 


We can always learn some thing new. Here are some ideas to get you started!

1) Learn to bake or cook and bring out your inner Mary Berry!

2) Learn a new language. Maybe French, Spanish or Sign Language!

3) Visit museums, galleries and see shows. You can get some great discounts with Young Scot!

4) Get creative through art, singing or drama!
