Giving is about helping others, and also remembering to be kind to yourself. Helping others can make you and them happier and healthier.
There are a number of ways that you give and help friends, family and the community.
1) Say thank you to someone if they do something for you.
2) Sign up to volunteer and give your time to a group, project or support someone!
3) Spend time with someone who needs some company, or is having a difficult time and listen.
4) Think about random acts of kindness, for example smiling at someone on the street or offering to help with a door or buggy.
