It’s Health and Well-being week at Busby, and Primary 4a are signed up for a number of exciting workshops and activities to celebrate. So far, we’ve stretched and unwound our bodies in relaxation. Practiced our times tables and number bonds through the creation of a mindful colouring sheet. Pushed our fitness in circuits and took part in a drama session with Fearless Theatre School.
In the drama session, we made alphabet shapes with our bodies, exercised our vocal cords and worked in a team to make freeze frames. The theme of the session was ‘resilience’.
