Pupils at Kirkhill Primary School thoroughly enjoyed the Health and Safety talk given to them by representatives of Taylor Wimpey, one of the builders involved in the Maidenhill development.

We are delighted to announce that Mr Alasdair McDonald has been appointed to the post of Head Teacher for Maidenhill Primary School. Mr McDonald is currently Head Teacher at Thornliebank Primary School and is very much looking forward to working with children and families to establish Maidenhill Primary School. We will confirm shortly, the date when Mr McDonald will take up post.
Mrs Lesley Menzies has been appointed to role of Transition Manager for the Maidenhill Primary Transition. Mrs Menzies will be seconded from her post as Depute Head Teacher at Kirkhill Primary School and will work with children, parents/carers, staff and other agencies to ensure a smooth transition for all children.
