Our Fitness Routines

We were trying to create moves that fit with the beat. We had to make sure that we chose moves most of us could do.

We used moves like burpees, windmills, spinning, punching to the side, star jumps and jumping.

We had to work with our group and make up our own routines to share with the class.

In a few weeks time we are going to teach the other P4 classes our routines.

Space Fun Run

We had to crawl under a net and some people got stuck!  We had to jump off trampolines and springboards.

We had to answer tricky Science questions like “Is there a winter on Mars?” and “How many planets are in the solar system?”

The Sports Leaders helped us round the course and counted the number of laps.

I can’t wait until we do the fun run outside! – Laura

World Book Day

We had to swap a book that we brought in for another one.  We had great fun discovering new books.

We heard about Mrs Tees’ favourite book – The Old Lady Who Swallowed a Fly.

We brought in props to represent different stories – we got to hear about lots of different books.

We had to continue the story in the ‘travelling book.’ We can’t wait to find out how it finishes.

I really enjoyed World Book Day. I can’t wait for next year. Lori

Art in P4c

in P4c we have recently made function machines that help us use our tables and we also not so recently made otters inspired by a book (Do unto otters) for the class charter.Today we made poems about November and way before that we made more pictures of otters!
