In the lead up to Christmas, our school choir brought festive cheer to the staff and customers of Tesco in Barrhead! They sang a fabulous medley of Christmas hymns and songs and raised a whopping £109.42 for Yorkhill Children’s Charity. Well done and thank you to all of the children in the choir for their fantastic effort!

We want to hear from you!
Have your say by taking part in the International Parenting Survey-UK
The International Parenting Survey-UK has been designed to get input from parents just like you. By completing the survey, you will help organisations in your local community design support to meet your needs. The survey will ask you questions about your child’s behaviour, your confidence in responding to problems your child experiences, and how you manage your child’s behaviour. The survey will also ask you what support you want in your important role as a parent and how you would like to get this support. To complete the survey, go to: http://www.gcu.ac.uk/ipsuk/

Primary 3b
This term in Primary 3b we are reading the novel Esio Trot by Roald Dahl. It is about a man called Mr Hoppy who secretly loves his neighbour, Mrs Silver. She longs for her pet tortoise to grow, so Mr Hoppy makes a tortoise catcher to swap the tortoise for a bigger one each week! Our homework task was to make a tortoise catcher of our own and these are the photographs of our incredible inventions! We had to deliver a presentation about our catcher and then we voted for the one that we thought was the best. Antonia and Emma were the joint winners and shared the prize of a book token and sweets!
