Do you remember the fun you had as a child experimenting and playing with mud? It seems that mud play is one of the most valuable and vital experiences we can provide children. Mixing soil, water and a range of other natural materials has an initial role in early childhood which has deep importance, and endless possibilities for wellbeing, development and learning. To allow the children to benefit from the learning opportunities our “Mud Kitchen” brought last year some items need replaced. If you have any old pots, pans, metal spoons ect. that could be used, it would be appreciated if you could donate them to the nursery.
