Bereavement and loss are both very difficult aspects of life and are one of life’s biggest challenges. Often, the pain of loss can feel overwhelming. Bereavement may be described as grieving as a result of the death of a loved one. Loss may be associated with dealing with a divorce, relationship breakup, health issue or another significant change in your life.
