Planning for Choices and Changes

Planning for Choices and Changes is about supporting young people through transitions with the vision of achieving a positive and sustained destination.

It is our aim that

  • Pupils will gain skills for work, life and learning.
  • We support learners to develop employability skills and an awareness of future choices.
  • We encourage pupils to record their achievements and personal development through profiling.
  • We prepare pupils for each transition through our Options exercise, Careers advice, vocational programmes and support for UCAS and college applications.

Please visit our Developing the Young Workforce (DYW) Website. Here you will find information about apprenticeships, career support and the various job opportunities: https://blogs.glowscotland.org.uk/er/snhscareers/
