Cooking Italy 🇮🇹 Spaghetti Bolognaise 🍝

Today we made vegetarian spaghetti bolognaise in our Gastronomer Groups. We started by chopping onion and peppers, then cooked these until golden. We then added vegetable stock, oregano and tinned tomatoes. Finally we cooked our pasta and served with parmesan cheese 🍝
