Despite the strange weather this afternoon we managed to pack in plenty of learning outside using lots of natural materials. We explored patterns in multiplication tables, consolidated our understanding of place value and extended that into some challenging mental maths problems.
We then moved on to making buttercup trees working together in teams to collect buttercups and exchange for twigs and sticks via our buttercup, stick and branch shops. 😊
