Today was very cold and wet which made learning outdoors a little trickier. It is definitely worth remembering to wear warm clothes and bring gloves and a hat to school, although spring is here, we certainly don’t have balmy springlike weather every day!
Once we got used to the rain, we got on with our learning today, all about angles. We used our feet to make acute, right and obtuse angles before playing an angle sorting game then making shapes using angle stones and sticks. Finally we made more shapes and identified and marked all the different types of angles using shells, stones and fir cones.
