Receiving results can be an anxious time and it’s important to look after your mental health and wellbeing.
If you’re feeling stressed, worried or overwhelmed, talking to a trusted friend or family member about how you’re feeling can be a good first step and make a big difference.
You can find lots of information to help you relax and support your friends on the Young Scot and YoungMinds websites. Young Scot has also provided a blog post, which guides you through accessing support – from mental health resources to dealing with exam results.
