It is so important for all our staff to ensure that they are looking after their own mental health and wellbeing and that they feel supported here at RBA to do so. This can be easily forgotten about as, quite naturally, we tend to put others first before ourselves. As daily pressures can mount up quickly, what is it that you do to take some time for you? Self care is so important.

Supporting Teacher’s Mental Health and Wellbeing: Evidence Review February 2020

Toxic Productivity- Does this sound familiar?

We are working hard to break down those barriers of stigma and judgement of being able to be open about our mental health and wellbeing. Remember, talk to colleagues, your line manager, family members or friends. We are all here to lend a listening ear. If you feel no improvement or feelings worsen please always seek advice and support from your GP.

Here is some helpful information and links to resources for you to browse through as and when you need it!
