This will be the last week of spelling words. I can’t believe how fast this school year has gone! Thank you for any tasks that you have done at home to practise their spelling words!
We continued with our ‘or’ and ‘r’ phonemes this week.

Book detectives: Look for your any of your spelling words that are in your favourite book! See if you can identify other words with your phoneme!
LSCWC: Look, say, cover, write, check. Look at your word, say it out loud, cover your word, write your word and see if you got it correct!
Rainbow Writing: Use your favourite colours to write out your spelling words.
Spelling Aloud: Have your parent say your spelling word and you must sound it out back to them!
Diacritical Marking: Identify the different sounds within your words
