There are lots of great ways to engage upper school pupils in the numeracy and maths that are all around us. It is important to put the key concepts that they are learning into context to help their understanding. Below we have shared some lesson plans that teachers can do in school grounds or can select activities that can be shared with parents to do at home to help to bring maths learning to life.
We have recently added MNU planners which are the result of collaboration between LOST and the SAC Numeracy team. Each planner based around a theme and covers multiple areas of the MNU curriculum.
