Successful and Confident learners

Hello
What a super week you’ve had showing us all your skills and knowledge through your work online and by completing the tasks set. Well done on accessing Microsoft TEAMS. This is where you will find your learning grid posted for our last week of school. We can’t believe it’s nearly the end of term, it certainly has been a memorable year. Today East Ayrshire’s Sum Dog competition starts so remember to log in and try some questions. Good luck.

Thank you for sharing your work and have a great weekend.

Whole School Health Week

Morning P2/3,

We hope you have had a lovely weekend with your families and managed to get outside as much as possible, even although the weather hasn’t been as good.

This week there is a whole school focus on Health Week. Please see the ‘Learning Grid’ below with all your additional attachments to help complete your tasks. Thank you to Mrs Ross who has worked hard to create most of your activities. Have fun and we look forward to seeing all your Health Week photos.

The Sum Dog contest starts today…good luck!

Sum Dog contest

The contest starts tomorrow!

Sumdog’s East Ayrshire Maths Contest is almost here! It starts tomorrow at 8am, and finishes at 8pm on May 21.

Here are some things to keep in mind during the contest:

  • Students can play at any time.
  • For the score to count, the East Ayrshire Maths Contest activity must be showing in the green panel on the left of the student’s screen when they click to start each game.
  • Their scores are based on correct answers.
  • A class’s score is the average of the scores from all students from that class who take part.
  • To appear on the leaderboard, at least 10 students from a class need to play.
  • As some students have limited computer access, every student is limited to 1000 contest questions. However, their free logins let them keep playing other activities afterwards.
