As a school we have achieved our Silver Award and now we are working towards Gold. Remember to ask for an adult’s permission before accessing the YouTube clips. We have been reading the story, The Huge Bag of Worries.

We drew a worry monster and then have to describe it in our writing. After that, we had to read our description to a partner and they had to draw it to check that we had included enough detail.

Wow, what fun was had at the Primary 1 Ceilidh. The children hosted a Ceilidh for family and friends. Pupils performed Scottish songs, dances and a poem. The grown-ups even joined in for some dancing before we all sat down to sample some Scottish food.
