Friday Round Up!

Hello Everyone!

P3 have had a great second week back and have worked their socks off! I hope you all have a relaxing weekend 🙂

Pupils in P3 are learning the Scottish poem ‘A dug, A dug!’ by Bill Keys. They created some furry creatures this afternoon to represent their poem. Woof woof!

In French we have been looking at how to say food in French and next week will be looking at what our pupils like and dislike in French, along with how to order food from a cafe!

In numeracy our groups : Cubes, cones and spheres have all been working really hard on learning multiplication and in particular the 2,4 and 5 times table. They have been practicing how to make arrays and challenged themselves to some tricky multiplications! Well done girls – Poppy and Harper, you have been busy!

Well done to our stars of the day this week! Finlay, Lucie, Harper, Coral and Steven 🙂

Have a great weekend 🙂

Friday Round Up

Hello Everyone!

Happy Friday, we have made it through our first week after the holidays woohoo!

P3 have came back working hard as ever and have been learning some new things this week.

In Numeracy we have moved onto multiplications and P3 have been great with challenging themselves.

Literacy – we have been writing some instructions on how to brush our teeth – safe to say P3 are pros and should be so proud of the work they have done so far 🙂

We have begun the year with a new project in ICT and the P3 pupils are very excited about it and we have only just begun. We have started working on our coding skills through Scratch. Pupils are welcome to download this at home to show you what they have been up to!

Our Stars of the week this week and last Thursday/Friday are : Mikey, Jalyn, Luna, Maddisen, Alfie and Conlan! Well done to all our stars of the week 🙂

Have a great week end, Miss Edmund
