Hello Everyone!

Happy Friday, we have made it through our first week after the holidays woohoo!

P3 have came back working hard as ever and have been learning some new things this week.

In Numeracy we have moved onto multiplications and P3 have been great with challenging themselves.

Literacy – we have been writing some instructions on how to brush our teeth – safe to say P3 are pros and should be so proud of the work they have done so far 🙂

We have begun the year with a new project in ICT and the P3 pupils are very excited about it and we have only just begun. We have started working on our coding skills through Scratch. Pupils are welcome to download this at home to show you what they have been up to!

Our Stars of the week this week and last Thursday/Friday are : Mikey, Jalyn, Luna, Maddisen, Alfie and Conlan! Well done to all our stars of the week 🙂

Primary 3   Homework for Week Beginning 10.01.22 Homework will be posted on Glow on Mondays. To be completed for Friday each week. It is important to return jotters on a Friday to allow them to be quarantined.
Reading   Read an article from a magazine or newspaper that interests you. Write in your jotter what you read and any interesting facts you found out.         Spelling Challenge: Write your words on cards/paper and play a snap game.	Numeracy & Mathematics   https://www.topmarks.co.uk/maths-games/subtraction-grids Pupils have been finishing off addition and subtraction in maths – the link above is a great way to practice the skills they have learned.     Challenge:   Make some adding and subtracting calculations using numbers up to 50 with exchanges. Challenge an adult with them.
