Today, St Joseph’s was a sea of blue as we celebrated Scotland and international football ahead of Scotland’s big match tomorrow evening! π
Pupils were invited to come dressed in Scotland tops, Scottish colours or other national team kits, helping us celebrate the excitement that football can bring and show support for national teams from around the world. It was fantastic to see so many children making a great effort and proudly representing their chosen countries.
Throughout the day there was plenty of discussion about football, favourite players and hopes for the upcoming match. Most importantly, it was a chance to come together as a school community and celebrate sport, teamwork and national pride.
The children looked fantastic, and there was a real buzz around the school. One of our favourite moments was gathering together for a whole-school photo, where everyone proudly shouted “SCOTLAND!” πΈπ΄σ §σ ’σ ³σ £σ ΄σ Ώ
We hope everyone enjoys watching the match tomorrow and joins us in wishing Scotland the very best of luck! β€οΈβ½
