ποΈ Relaxing Sound Baths with June Meager ποΈ
Yesterday afternoon, our pupils enjoyed a truly peaceful and relaxing experience – a Sound Bath session with June Meager. πΆπ«
The hall was filled with calm, soothing sounds as June guided everyone through a gentle, mindful session using beautiful instruments and tones. The children listened quietly, relaxed deeply, and some even drifted off to sleep! π΄π
At the end of the session, pupils had the chance to explore and play the instruments themselves, discovering how different sounds and vibrations could make them feel calm, happy, and centred. πΏπ΅
It was a lovely way to unwind together and focus on our wellbeing. Pupils left the session calm, refreshed, and smiling – the perfect end to a busy week. πΏβ¨
