Connecting with Catholic Schools in Dumfries and Galloway

Head Teachers from the other two Catholic schools in our authority came to visit our school today. Mr Barry McIntyre, Head Teacher of St. Andrew’s R.C. in Dumfries, and Mrs Claire Reid, Partnership Head Teacher of St. Columba’s R.C. in Annan and St. Teresa’s R.C. in Dumfries joined us for a very lovely morning.

They spent time getting to know the children, visiting each class and chatting away with the boys and girls. The children were able to share their views on what a lovely school we have.

Mr McIntyre and Mrs Reid met with staff to share practice and ideas on supporting Catholic observance. We are happy to be forming ongoing, positive relationships with our colleagues.
