🚁 We Won the Skyward Challenge! 🚁

We are absolutely over the moon (or should we say… over the clouds β˜οΈ) to share some incredible news with our school community!

Earlier this year, we took part in the Skyward Challenge, a national fundraising campaign run by Scotland’s Charity Air Ambulance (SCAA) to help raise money for their brand-new H145 air ambulance helicopter.

As part of the challenge, we raised funds during our Summer Fete, bringing in around Β£30 to support this fantastic cause. Every penny helped and with 60 primary schools across Scotland taking part, a grand total of Β£78,552.29 was raised! πŸ’™πŸ‘

But the most exciting part?

WE WON THE SKYWARD CHALLENGE! πŸ†πŸšπŸŽ‰

That’s right – our small but mighty school was chosen as a winner, and we will soon receive a very special visit from SCAA and their brand-new air ambulance helicopter! The whole school will have the chance to learn more about how air ambulances save lives and see this incredible aircraft up close. ✈️🚨

This is a truly amazing achievement for our pupils, staff, and community. Thank you to everyone who supported us during the Summer Fete, your kindness and generosity helped make this possible for the people of Scotland.

Stay tuned for more details about the helicopter visit soon! πŸ’›
