Egg-cellent Fun at Our Easter Hour!
We had a cracking time at St. Joseph’s Easter Fun Hour today – all thanks to our amazing Primary 7 pupils, especially our House Captains and Vice Captains, who planned and ran the event from start to finish!
The fun began with a brilliant round of Bingo, organised by Thorin and Kamil, who ran a special “Easter bingo” version for our older pupils. There were giggles all around and lots of happy winners!
Then it was time for everyone to head outdoors – including our newest and youngest pupil, Primary 1 Jensen, who joined in for his very first school event!
Out in the sunshine, the children were split into their House teams to take part in:
- A colourful Easter Egg Hunt, filled with clues and surprises
- A series of Easter-themed races, including the bunny relay, egg and spoon, and even a carrot dash!
It was wonderful to see everyone getting involved, helping one another, and having so much fun together. The teamwork, smiles, and energy on display made it a truly special afternoon.
To top it all off, everyone received a chocolate treat at the end – a lovely surprise kindly donated by Brooke’s mum. Thank you!
A huge well done to all the P7s who helped make the event a success, and a big thank you to the parents who came along to cheer the children on and support the fun.
Happy Easter from all of us at St. Joseph’s!
