After the smile did not leave Rory’s little face following his Burns competition performance at the Ryan Centre last Wednesday, our very own Rory headed to Galloway Music Festival today to recite his poem in front of a audience for the third and final time this year. 🎻 🎤 🎬 🎼
He arrived back to school with his usual smiley face, but this time sporting a gleaming, new medal and armed with a positive feedback sheet from the festival🥇 The sheet detailed how fabulously he performed his Scots Poem “The Sare Finger” with the judges even commenting on Rory’s “bright smile” and “great expression that brought the poem to life” 🙂!
We are very proud of Rory for what this fabulous achievement – even Rabbie himself would have been mighty proud of oor wee Rory!
