Play in a day

On Friday 20th September P7 attended Dumfries High School to take part in Play in a Day.

They began the day by taking part in a variety of different drama games. The y then went on to learn a rap all about social media.

After that they were split into groups to create a role play based on the dangers of different social media apps.

A lunch time the Sports Leaders led a game of dodgeball for the children.

In the afternoon the children had a final rehearsal before welcoming the parents to watch their production.

Everyone had a fantastic day while developing different skills such as collaborating, communicating, adapting and creativity!
