Primary seven walked to the top of Criffel on Wednesday to raise funds for SCIAF. It was a great day. The weather was good and the sky clear so we enjoyed the fantastic views across the Solway. It certainly was a challenge but everyone did so well. The regular snack breaks and constant chatter kept everyone in high spirits even when the going got very steep and one or two children got stuck in the mud! Luckily the chance to have a splash in the burn and walk through the tunnel got the boots a bit cleaner! Well done everyone, you were all great hikers and should be proud of your achievement and the way you encouraged one another along the way. Here are a few photos of the day.
