Once again our school has performed extremely well in the Dumfries Rotary Club annual speech making completion for schools. Four of the nine finalists came from St. Andrew’s after qualifying in the previous round. Last night saw the final taking place once again, with St. Andrew’s pupils taking first and second place. All who took part demonstrated a confidence in front of a large audience that was commendable. Their passion for the subject matter- ‘the future of our planet’- gave hope to us all.
