On 17 May 2013 two people from Farrans came to do a talk about safety on construction sites. The motto is “PLAY SAFE, STAY SAFE”.  Their mascot was called Safety Sam: he was a cone! The reason we received this talk was because there was a lot of work being done outside the school and they wanted to ensure we were safe.  We got a high visibility vest to take home and a rubber, pencil and a ruler.
