Holywood Hullabaloo

for this week we have a new French teacher she mist her flight so she had to come yesterday after non so miss Stapleton interject her to the school . she works in a school in France and she is hear to learn English and we are learning French

 

We have not bean doing very much over the past week or two because of the snow…  we were doing stuff that we normally doing like mas reading righting and art so nothing was too interesting. but we are having a art gallery on the 14th of march 2018. we well be pouting our art on the walls and letting parents in to the school to look at them!

Today we will be doing cross country training for a quarter of an hour before lunch time. First we will do a warm up game and then we do 1 lap of the playground. After that we do a team game then we do about 3 more laps last time I ran up the side of  the big hill and fell down the muddy side. Afterwards we go back inside and get changed into school uniform and have lunch and go outside for lunch break then its a normal school day and go home at the end of school.

It is a really sad day and all last night . had to stay inside because it was really cold outside and inside .  I had to wear my really fury coat in bed and out of bed it was cold and we had to walk the dog. and then I had to wear 2 pears of socks, 2 t shirts , 1 jumper ,1 coat ,2 pears of gloves . Me and bailey were walking on the snow drifts.

We are currently doing an assessment on an artist. We are having an art gallery and we have to make lots of art and make a presentation about an artist of out choice. We have made mobiles and we have made a display with our own Keith Haring people. We have selected our artists and now we are working on the presentation and the research.

This is what artists people chose:

Me-I chose Jackson Pollock because he has a very different style of art than everyone else.

Ethan-I chose Cope2 because I like graffiti artists and I like his type of style.

Ebony-I chose George Birrel because he does good drawings

Greg-I chose Seen because I really like his art

there is no more snow it was freezing especially if you got snow balls frown at you. but if you throw them at your friends it was fun some times. but it got you wet and freezing. and muddy it would get stuck in your shows. but I am glad it is over.

the past 2 weeks  I have being doing a lot of things I have being boxing  and it has being SNOWING !! and it was  fun and at boxing me Callum clatter   jack Blair and me got a silver but Anne Armstrong my couch said that me and Callum won the fight and I did as well but jack was not the same that he was in the club but I was happy because I got a silver and got through to the finals but I got the gold in the westerns districts so I am the westerns champion I have had 5 fights won 4 lost 1  Anne said that was a good record

Last weak we were doing work on artist the artist that I am doing is Bridget riley , Bridget riley does op art and her art is a bit like optical elusions. Do you know Bridget riley ? yesterday we were doing work on Judaism we had to get a piece of paper and a sheet that tells you about the food that they can and not eat , we got to write a menu for that kind of religion. also we have a French teacher that came all the way from France to us in France she is a teacher.

It is a sad sad day because all the snow is gone no more snow ball fights or building igloos or sliding down the hills sliding on the grass playing it in the snow hiding in the snow it was so fun but serous a lot of people died last week

these past few weeks we have bean practices for cross country training we have bean doing it for two weeks now every Tuesday we play follow the leader but when the person in the front sais go the person at the back runs to the front we do that  till every body has bean at the front twice . then we do as many laps as we can in tow minuets  before  that we did this running thing when there  are 4 or 5 people tow at one side or  3 or 2 at the other side so we run to side to side
