Holywood Hullabaloo

When it was week in the woods it was so hot that we  had  a beach day! We got to bring water  guns and we got so wet. We got to go in the pools. Me and Isla were playing and then a banana  rolled on to Emilys  towel and me and Isla accidentally stepped on it!  Me and Beth were  doing a water fight but then the gun ran out of water so Isla won.

We watched  gromit . It was so long.

Hello its Zara and Rory and we are going to tell you what we did in beach day 

Some people brought water guns to have a water fight .

It was so hot we were in the shade alote .

There were  paddling  pools and people tiped buckets over there heads.

We needed to bring towels and sun cream  and people were sun baving on there blanckets .

In gala day I did movies and the elimination quiz. The movies we made they are called…

Primary school the musical, INFANIT MAN, INFANIT MAN the sequel and baby man. It was fun every one had don pretty bad they mostly all lost. 

the movies wore good. we had popcorn for the movies. lots of people came. only one person buy d a book. it was rely good wen I left the people in my group just played the same movie cuz they couldn’t find the offer movies only I new but I was gone. but they found them! I only got a drink gala day was fun I left at 3 cuz I needed to go to a wedding.

Wednesday

We met in the bailey hall in the morning and Mrs Mack went over what we where going to be doing on the days. Then we went to our classes. My first class was heath and well being. We where meant to have Mr Laverty but insted we had Mrs Mack because she is scaurs pupil support teacher. After that i had a class that i forgot. Then it was break time. At break we just kinda walked around and chatted. After break i had science. In science we went over the rules of the lab and the safety rules. We had to match up the the danger symbols to things that would need them. Then we had art with Mrs black. We had to read a poem and then draw something from it. I drew a fish with a snorkel. Next we had English. In English we got given a shield that we had to draw things we like in. I drew a football , the spurs badge and a car. Finally it was the end of the day we met back up in the bailey hall and then left.

Thursday

First we met in the bailey hall. then we went to out classes. First i had Religious studies. We got given jotters to write about the six world religions. We had to discuss Why they are called world religions. It is because They are practised in all different parts of the world. Then we did a quiz about different sacred places. We had to Guess what religion they where from. Me and Noah got 5 out of seven. After that i had double home EC. In the first period we got all the stuff we would need to make the scones. next we started to make them. The first step was mixing butter and flower together. The second step was to add milk and sugar. The third step was mixing the ingredients up with a knife. Then we shaped the dough and put them in the oven. Finally we eat them.

Hello its Harry and we just did our sports day recently and i’m going to tell you about the races.we had our sports day on Wednesday the 17th of June. 

The first race were the sprint races, I came 3rd Brody and Owen came 1st and 2nd this is pretty much the same every year probably because it just requires pure speed and nothing else.

Next it was the skipping races. I sadly didn’t place in this race, Owen won this and Brody came 2nd in the skipping.

After the skipping it was the egg and spoon race. For the first time ever i was doing good in this race until Owen started cheating so we had to restart and i didn’t place.

After that it was the sack race. To start we lye on top of the sack and when the whistle peeps we get up and into our sacks. I was in the lead at the start but then Owen over took me and i tripped because the sack was too low near the end.

Then the next race was the monkey crawl race and i was one of the last people and i fell at least 10 times doing that race Liam won the monkey crawl and Owen came second most of the school did this one because all classes do it at the same time.

Then there was the horse and carriage and since i don’t have a sibling in the school i couldn’t take part but Daniel and Liam won and Owen and Beth came 2nd.

Then there was a long distance run and i was around 6th so i didn’t place, this was around the whole field through a tunnel and to the finish line.

 

After all of the races we were rewarded with an ice lolly and got to go home.

In week in the woods we did a lot of games,and things like den making this was so fun.  We made marshmallows and quesadilla and ice pops and drinks it was so yummy! Then on Thursday we did a water day it was wet and hot.We got some water guns in. Then we made Dino worlds . Hi it is Libby today I am telling you about gala day! We  sold drinks. Lime, Cola,  Raspberry, Orange, Blackcurrant and  Bubbgum. We played find the crocks in the school, or a class room if you find it you win a pack it of Harry bows. We did our stall  in the p5,6,7 room. All together the hole, school made  £500+  that is a lot, I said can we  spend  the 500  on  a swimming pool or,  a hot tub. But Miss Dale said no. Sad times. I then went my beak. but I got a ice lolly that made me better. byeeee.

Last week we done week in the woods!

On Monday morning, after brake, we talked about the safety rules. The safety rules were, no touching dogs, lift your feet up near big roots, no talking to strangers, no touching/eating poisonest plant. After that we got ready for the woods. Once we got up the woods, we got to play for like 10-15 minutes. Then we got to play a whole school game called rally 123, basically how to play is someone stands at a rock/tree and people go off to hide, if the person sees you then they run back to the rock/tree and shout,” RALLY 123 *name*” and then your out.

Last week it was Week In The Woods, Week In The Woods is when we go into one of the 2 woods behind are school and do a week of outdoor learning. Although on Thursday it was 30 degrees here so it was just to hot to go in the woods. Instead Miss Dale decided to do a massive water gun fight in the morning. I brought in my medium size electric water gun. Sadly my gun broke half way through! At the end when I got changed my mum had packed my little brothers shorts instead of mine so I had to wear them. Thankfully I put my wet shorts in the sun so they dried off so I could wear them in the afternoon.

In the afternoon since it just got hotter we watched an hour and a half of Wallace And Gromet, It was fun watching it but it was too hot. Then after watching it we had half an hour of play outside. Me and my friends just chilled on are den.
