Hi it is Gabriella and Anneliese

We are going to tell you about opening night. Our show this year was Aladdin trouble and we preformed last night. It was pretty scary before you got on but after it was good fun. In the show l was the king and l didn’t have allot of lines to learn but they were long. My favourite part of the show was when widow twanky was on with abanazer.

It was the school show. In the show I was widow twanky. she is a comedy character. During the show my wig fell of. Before the show l was very nervous but as soon as l got on the stage l loved it. everyone laughed at my jokes and my favourite part of the show was the chase. During the chase l had a solo and it was very fun!

Hello I am Abigail and this is Nia

We are going tell you about are first performance this year.

This year we did Aladdin trouble as are school panto. I am Abanazer but in the Disney film I am Jaffar the evil baddy and Nia is princess jasmine but unfortunately she didn’t get to do last nights performance because 2 people share princess Jasmine but the other jasmine was also good. But she is really exited she feels scared , nerves , happy and joyful Abigail is going to help me over come my fear and I will help her as well. My favourite  song is the chase because we run throw the audiences  while singing. And because I am jasmine when we sing some things go together perfectly and I get to do a solo with Aladdin.

Daniel here, I am the sound technician, and it didn’t work all the time.  A couple of times I had to press buttons to retry it and make the sound effects work.  A couple of times it didn’t work at all and there was complete silence a dramatic pause, but on stage the cast improvised.  I fixed it and everything worked out.  I cued the music it worked OK.

At the start of the show I was stressed. I thought that I would mess up but I got on with it.  “Kohdie, how did you feel?”

“I felt not very good, I felt sick all the way through.”

“But Kohdie, you were really good! I liked the way you made fun of Abigail, in character of course.”

Kohdie here, I am the Oracle.I stop Abanazar from getting into the cave.  I tell Abanazar about the prophecy of  cave. Only Aladdin can get in! This is my biggest role so far.

 

Last night we had our first School Show.   I was  VERY nervous.   I am servant Wal and villager 3. I  wear a stripy waistcoat and I have a moustache.

I was the DJ for the show, I only come up 2 times, but we didn’t do that part,
I wore: headphones, a jacket, and a hat, pretty cool.
I come up when Aladdin proposes to Jasmine, and I say a pretty big line.
 I come up at the end of act one, Page 19 Village Revamped!!

Last night was opening night for our Aladdin Trouble panto show.

I am Scheherazade the Sultans new bride and I remembered all of my lines.  I open the show and end the show tell the sultan audience the story.

hi Lewis and Kye here.  In the school show we are doing Aladdin panto I am  Aladdin and Kye Pc bright he is a funny character . kyes favourite part was arresting ababanazar. my favourite part was in the cave of wonders  with the genie. In show was ok but it was scary at first.  me Lewis was a little bit nervous but felt better though the show. I got rope burn  it really sore. goodbye

For the school show we did  Aladdin Trouble.  I am a washing line i say a Copple of words. Me and Findlay are the light people. The show is really fun and funny. There is lots of songs and jokes. It is scary we are doing three shows we have done one. People loved the show. It was nerve wracking .

hello its Jullien and Rory and we are gonna talk about the opening night of the show (you should know if you read the title)

The show we did was Aladdin trouble Rory was the Genie. Jullien was a villager and a suitor. As a villager its pretty boring because I just have to stand on stage and be quiet. but the genie is the opposite because as the Genie I get to talk a lot but Actually the villagers are on stage more than the Genie! but that doesn’t make me not want to be the Genie I still love being the genie! The night was pretty fun but I still don’t understand why we have to go to school after school because I just wanna stay home. Afterwards I was allowed to eat a freddo so it was a good night.

Last week on Friday we made shapes for the Christmas festival and we made lots of different shapes p6/7 did harder ones and p1/5s did easer ones. But l am exited for Saturday because l am going ridding lessons l used to go to one in  Thornhill but l left just before lockdown started but now l am going to one just as you go into Annan so that is exiting. Also l was at my dads last weekend and we got McDonalds Friday to Sunday and on Saturday we got Sweet Saidy,s and we had lots of fun and l have also been watching l am a celebrity get me out of here.
