Hello its Owen today i’m going to tell you about my learning about world religions. I’ve been learning about Sikhism with my group Harry, Grace, Asil and Amber. We had to make a presentation in one day to show to the P3-4. I made a poster a flag and me and my group made Power Point here it is Sikhism just click on Sikhism. 

Hello its Owen and I am going to tell you about my BRAND NEW DIRT BIKE!!! My dirt bike is red, black and white. It is 110 cc engine and that is around 40 to 45mph. It is a semi automatic dirt bike and  you change the gears with your foot. My helmet is really cool it has a spray paint design. I have hade a some crashes the first one was when I was going through a field there was a big  dip and I didn’t see it and it send me flying. The second time I was turning and I hit a fence (I was okay).

Hello its Owen I’m going to tell you about our trip to Devils porridge Museum. Once We got to the museum we went up stairs to put our bags away. Then someone called Tom came and told us things about the museum. Then we all got clip boards and pencils with tasks on them. The first task was to find the objects on the paper and write down what they where and what they did.  The  second  one  was  on  the  stairs  we  hade  lots  of  questions  and  we  hade  to  find  the  answers on the wall. Next we drew a picture of Sir James the train and a fact file. This is a RAF uniform.

Hi its Owen I am going to tell you about HOLYWOODS HALLOWEEN DAY!!!

1ST my group did the Halloween disco! In. the disco we played lots of games Musical statues, wrap the mummy moster corners.                                                                         2ND we did magical caldron we put random stuff in it to make it. while it was bubbling away we made little shows to perform in front of the class. Once we did them it was done cooking so we drank it and something happened to us…

3RD we did pumpkin carving.

last we did a scavenger hunt in the playground. We hade to find the clues to solve  who stole the pumpkin!  Hehe

Hi Owen here I am going to tell you about P1 learning. Here the P1 are using think maps to practise there numbers.  This group in dance is telling the story of the Gruffalo.

Hello Owen and Daniel  here I am going to talk about last week. On Friday we cleaned the gutters on green house. They were very blocked up and dirty. Owen got the ladder used it to get on top of reading hub and got all things on it. In maths me, Brody and Owen are making a Pythagoras poster. Pythagoras is a famous mathematician  from 400 BC. Hes from Ancient Greek. We have made box labels for the box were we put are pencil cases in and other stuff. We made them on the computers and added picture from the internet. Then printed them out. Owen got the ladder to get the projector screen down from the wall in the hall.

Hello Owen here today I am going to talk about French. This week in French we have been learning how to tell the time. Although we normally play a game of  21. 

                     Residential

 

On Wednesday we went to Rock UK or a residential. When we were there did activities including kayaking and canoeing.

 

Canoeing

First we put on a helmet and a live vest for safety. After we had done that we got in to partners and fond a canoe to sit in. Once we got in to our canoes they pushed us in to the water. AND WE LANCHED IN TO THE WATER! We had a little paddle around for a while and wend around an island. Alothgh some mud feel out a tree and landed on my head! After we got round the island we played a game in the canoes called fruit salad. In fruit salad you get given a fruit. If the instructor calls your fruit you stand up and shout whatever fruit you are. And they might say your fruit squash that means you have to stand up and shout what you are and then do a big jump! Since we had extra time, we played a game called consequences canoe. To play this we all held on each other’s canoes. The instructors ask everyone the same question like do you have a cat? If they do they go into the consequences canoe. If you are in the consequences canoe and the next question does not apply to people in the canoe they have to leave.

 

Kayaking

Once we got to the shed, we put a live vest and a helmet. After we put them on we got into a line from shortest to tallest to see what size of kayak you need. I got a small green one. After that we sat in them there was two little black footrest that we had to adjust to fit us. Once we had done that we slowly shuffled towards the water off the dock. SPLASH the front of my kayak went right into the water and popped back up! In the water we played bulldog. In bulldog the person who is IT needs to tap the back of the other peoples kayak to IT them. If you get IT you join the bulldog!
