Hello my name is Owen and i’m going to tell you about our climb up Criffel. First we packet our bags and pack lunch bags and set of. To get there we went in Mrs Mcnay’s  and Miss Madin’s car. Once we got to Criffel we walked up the path leading to Criffel. Right when we started climbing we came a cross a waterfall. Noah wanted to slide down it. When we got to the bridge, which is the half way point, we had a snack. Once we had a snack we climbed up even more.

Hi i’m Owen and i’m going to tell you about my learning out side of school.  On Sunday My sister Beth was at my nanas and papas. Me and my mum went for a walk well kinda she was on her horse and I was on my bike.

My Weekend On My MTB

On Saturday I made an MTB jump, it was made out wood and sand, the jump was down at the horse stables. Before I jumped it, I rolled over it to make sure it wouldn’t fall apart. Once I jumped it, I felt it was too small. So, I made it bigger. Then Beth my sister came and made her own smaller jump because.

 On Sunday I went over too Daniel’s house so we could go to Heath Hall Forest. Once we got mine and Daniel’s bikes on the rack we went. In the forest we went to an area that had lots of jumps one of which was a gap jump. The jump was quite big and long. At first, I was quite scared to jump it, but I went for it! I landed perfectly and even whipped it. Would you hit the jump? After we hit it a couple times Daniel said I could make a massive gap jump that even he couldn’t do but I fell for is prank and hit. I went flying and didn’t make it and fell off! Luckily I was okay and Daniel got his karma on the road jump. The road jump was a jump that was at the edge of a walking path. To hit the jump, you must go down a big hill to gain speed. We were trying to clear the path until Daniels derailer staped because he overshot it. I landed perfectly and I was fine sadly we had to go back because Daniel couldn’t ride his bike anymore. The good thing was he got his karma.

 We went back to Daniel’s house to watch the Celtic Vs Ranger’s game. Who do you rather? We watched the game in the kitchen while eating our lunch. Me and Daniel had a cheese and chicken panini with soup. The panini was very good the soup wasn’t the best. The game ended 2:2 That was the best thing that could happen for Hearts because they’re at the top of the table.

 After I got home me and Brody went to the beach woods in Holywood village. The woods has lots of nuts on the floor. It has three jumps in it. One of them is just a tree stump but is good for a jump.

Hello I’m going to tell you about our Pyjama Day! We were allowed to bring pyjamas, Pillows and soft toys into school. In Pyjama Day we did lots of fun activity’s.

Technology challenge                                                                                                                              Our technology challenge was to build a bed for our teddies. My teddy is a big gorilla so it was harder to make a bed to support it. We had lot of materials to make the beds out of like cardboard, paper, plastic and tape . I made my bed quite small so it only fitted my teddies bottom. My cover and pillow design was the Ireland flag for Celtic FC.

Wee Books                                                                                                                                                        In our wee books the last sentence had to be AND THAT’S WHY DOGS SHOULD’NT SKI! We had to pair up with our P\1 buddy’s. In the story we had to include our teddies. In our story a man took his dog skiing and the dog jumped out the ski lift! Then two super hero teddies came to save the day, the dog skied down the mountain but the heroes called Spider Man and Brownie cached the dog and returned to the man

Pyjama Design                                                                                                                                              For pyjama deign we got into partners and got given a strip of wallpaper to draw our deign. Me and my partner Daniel did lots of cartoon doodles. Daniel drew around me for our person that we did the pyjamas on. Once everyone finished the judges Tasnim and Dasie picked a winner we won!

Hello it’s me Owen i’m going to tell you about our Holywood outdoor challenge. First we got our rucksacks with our bottles, mats, tents, maps, pencils and cups. Once we got up the woods we set up the tents that was a lot quicker this week because we already done the week before. We had to set them up across from each other. Then we got in them and got the maps out. We played bingo but with maps and we had to use the coordinates to find the sibyls. After that we made hills with chocolate spread and bread. Hills on maps are big loops and when the loops are closer together that means it’s steep. There is a dot at the top of the hill. To make it we used the chocolate spread as glue and staked the bread on top of each other. We got to eat them! 🙂 After we ate them we went back for lunch. Once we got back from lunch we went up the swamp woods to do some orienteering. We got a map from Mrs Mcnay and we went to go find them. We had to go around the back of the woods where we had never been before. Once everyone had finished we got to play or make power cord bracelets.

First we got geared up for the deadly challenge ahead. We got big bags and put tents, water bottles, Cups, mats and maps in them. Hello its Owen today i’m going to tell you about my learning about world religions. I’ve been learning about Sikhism with my group Harry, Grace, Asil and Amber. We had to make a presentation in one day to show to the P3-4. I made a poster a flag and me and my group made Power Point here it is Sikhism just click on Sikhism. 

Hello its Owen and I am going to tell you about my BRAND NEW DIRT BIKE!!! My dirt bike is red, black and white. It is 110 cc engine and that is around 40 to 45mph. It is a semi automatic dirt bike and  you change the gears with your foot. My helmet is really cool it has a spray paint design. I have hade a some crashes the first one was when I was going through a field there was a big  dip and I didn’t see it and it send me flying. The second time I was turning and I hit a fence (I was okay).

Hello its Owen I’m going to tell you about our trip to Devils porridge Museum. Once We got to the museum we went up stairs to put our bags away. Then someone called Tom came and told us things about the museum. Then we all got clip boards and pencils with tasks on them. The first task was to find the objects on the paper and write down what they where and what they did.  The  second  one  was  on  the  stairs  we  hade  lots  of  questions  and  we  hade  to  find  the  answers on the wall. Next we drew a picture of Sir James the train and a fact file. This is a RAF uniform.
