Hi Today I’m Going To Talk About Fitness Day.
I was at Gymnastics all day because Libby and I were leading. The stations were beam, jumps, vault, bunny hops, donkey kicks and then cartwheels and handstands.
Group 1. We started with stretching. Then Libby and I showed them what to do. Next we put them in to groups of 3 or 2.
Break Time
Group 2. First we played a game of floor is lava. They weren’t aloud to go on the beam, trampoline and the bench. Then we did stretching. Next we showed them what to do.
Lunch time
Group 3. First we did stretching. Then we showed them what to do. Next they done the stations. Finally we played a game of floor is lava.
Group 4. First we played a game of floor is lava. Next we did stretching. Then we showed them what to do. Finally they done the stations.
