Healthy Eating

Hello. Today we baked some food that was deemed healthy and good for you by Tesco.

The one me and Skye baked was banana ice cream. Two other groups made enough some as well so we put those together to make enough for the whole class.

The recipe is rather simple. You chop up two bananas and then leave them in the freezer for about two hours. After that, blend the bananas and  you should have enough for about six and a half people.

The other foods people made were Protein dip, Crunchy chickpeas, Berry swirl white bean dip, frittata muffins, and rye bread, almond and banana.

Most of them I didn’t have because I was either allergic or I just didn’t like it. I had to try mine because A. The chef needs to taste the food B. I like bananas.

Anyway hope you try some of these recipes at home. Bye.
